The Pacific Complex in Wealth Management is looking for an Executive Assistant within its San Francisco site. This person will report into the Complex Ops Manager and will be responsible for supporting the advisors and district managers throughout the Northern California offices.
Key Job Responsibilities
Manage calendar and emails for Branch Manager
Coordinate Branch Manager travel and expenses
Plan and execute branch events
Scheduling/reserving conference rooms
Assist with marketing tasks including event communication and miscellaneous marketing projects
Assist with branch operations
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short‑term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in business or an Administrative Support role
Bachelor’s degree
