Cybersecurity Team Lead (ISSM) with Security Clearance Job Title: Cybersecurity Team Lead (ISSM) Location: Monterey, CA Salary: $107,500.00-$137,000.00 Position Overview: The Cybersecurity Team Lead oversees the contract Information Assurance team, responsible for cybersecurity servers, applications, and team operations. Responsibilities Lead cybersecurity staff and operations. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot cybersecurity servers/applications. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards. Manage cybersecurity projects and planning. Qualifications BA/BS with 5+ years of experience OR AA/AS with 7+ years of experience. IAT Level II and CE/OS certification. 7 years of cybersecurity specialist experience. Proven team leadership experience. Work Authorization/Security Clearance May be asked to provide proof of US citizenship. Must be able to maintain a US Government issued Secret clearance throughout the life of the contract. Work Environment This job operates in an office environment. Standard office equipment is used. Physical Demands Position generally requires light work with occasional lifting of up to (30) pounds or more. Varying amounts of sitting, standing, and walking. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Clear communication in English. Work is performed in an indoor setting. Travel Minimal travel for corporate support is expected.
