Servpro is hiring: Production Manager in Miami Beach

As a Production Manager with Servpro, you will be making a difference every day by helping customers in our amazing territory recover from water damage, mold, and fire/smoke/soot damage. Our franchise seeks a driven professional comfortable working hard in challenging situations, and possesses excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met
• Manage relationships with centers of influence (COIs)
• Perform production work as needed
• Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following SERVPRO Franchise production guidelines
• Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies
• Train, manage, and recruit production personnel
• Create and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity

Qualifications:

• Great leadership skills
• Accomplishments in restoration production - mold, water, fire, HVAC cleaning
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Exposure to chemicals
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and in tight spaces
