Location: San Antonio, TX.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (No weekends)

Front Office Receptionist:
- Greet and check-in patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, confirm and follow up with patients.
- Maintain a smooth and organized front office workflow.
- Present treatment plans and explain procedures to patients clearly and confidently.
- Discuss financial options and coordinate scheduling for treatment.
- Follow up on pending treatment and patient questions.
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Submit pre-authorizations and claims, follow up on outstanding claims.
- Accurately enter and update insurance information.
- 1+ year of dental front office experience (required).
- Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance plans, and treatment coordination.
- Proficient in dental software (Open Dental - preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, organized, and a team player.
