Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure a productive and efficient work environment by managing administrative functions, facility maintenance, and supporting staff needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office operations, including reception, supply management, mail distribution, and office maintenance.
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships.
- Serve as a point of contact for building management, equipment issues, and facility-related inquiries.
- Maintain records, filing systems, and up-to-date documentation as needed.
- Organize meetings, events, and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations within the office.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, scheduling, and employee engagement activities.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement operational solutions.
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and staff.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
