Location: Coggins of the Berkshires – Pittsfield, MA
SIGN-ON BONUS $3,000 Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm | No Weekends
Coggins Auto Group is growing, and we’re looking to add skilled and motivated Automotive Technicians to our service team at Coggins of the Berkshires in Pittsfield, MA. Whether you're just getting started or have years under your belt, this is a great opportunity to work in a modern, professional, and family-owned dealership that values your time and talent.
Open Positions:
We’re hiring for A or B-Level Techs – here’s a breakdown:
A-Techs - $32-$45 per hour
Advanced diagnostics, drivability, and major repair skills
Ability to work independently at a high level
Eligible for top pay and sign-on bonus
B-Techs - $24-$32 per hour
Capable of diagnosing and repairing most systems
Strong knowledge of mechanical operations
Former C-Techs ready to step up encouraged to apply
What You’ll Get:
