Legal Assistant
with a strong background in
estate planning, document drafting, and file maintenance
to join our mission-driven team.
What You’ll Do: As a key member of our team, you’ll support our attorneys by preparing, managing, and maintaining estate planning documents that help families feel secure and protected. Your work ensures that clients receive well-crafted, legally sound plans, giving them peace of mind for generations to come.

Earn a competitive hourly wage of
$20 - $22 , with opportunities for growth as you make a lasting impact on clients and the firm. Compensation:
$20 - $22 hourly Responsibilities:
Drafting, proofreading, and formatting estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.) Maintaining and updating client files in our case management system Coordinating document signing appointments and finalizing execution packages Communicating with clients and team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness Supporting attorneys with document revisions and client service follow-up
Qualifications:
At least
2 years of legal assistant or paralegal experience
(estate planning preferred) Exceptional attention to detail
– you don’t let the small stuff slip by Strong computer skills
– proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software (Clio or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Customer service or sales experience
is a plus Possesses
outstanding communication skills
and a strong sense of
empathy Familiarity with
case management or CRM systems
is a bonus Solid
data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills Proficiency with
Microsoft Office , especially
Excel Previous legal experience
is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required ;
