Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service that enhances loyalty and provides a world-class experience.
Assist customers in continuing their shopping journey seamlessly, whether they are shopping online, on the phone, or in person.
Understand individual customer needs and provide personalized, hands-on demonstrations of our latest technology and products.
Engage in collaborative selling practices to offer solutions that keep our customers connected to what they love.
Maintain composure and integrity while addressing service and sales needs with compassion.
Become knowledgeable about our services and digital tools to effectively share the benefits of our coverage and plans.
Participate fully in training and leverage knowledge to enhance customer interactions.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail setting.
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Required Skills:
Strong passion for customer advocacy and the ability to connect with customers genuinely.
Competitive spirit and proven success in a fast-paced sales environment.
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn from peers and leaders to enhance the customer experience.
Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals effectively.
Compensation:
The starting hourly base pay is $17.50. Within the first 90 days, you'll receive on-the-job training and be eligible for incentive pay as you achieve training milestones. Upon successfully completing training, you will promote to the Mobile Expert role, gaining access to annual incentive targets and potential earnings of $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives.
