Job Description:
Senior Financial Analyst

Leads more complex financial analyses and partners with business units to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and present financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership.
• Own portions of the monthly forecast, identifying key drivers and variances.
• Lead components of the planning process, including scenario modeling and stakeholder coordination.
• Perform in-depth profitability analyses, identifying opportunities for margin improvement.
• Create and refine financial models for pricing strategies and investment decisions.
• Serve as a key business partner to functional teams, providing financial guidance and insights.
• Ability to operate with minimal guidance and build relationships/trust; anticipate needs and build financial storytelling.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting ; Master’s Preferred
• 2+ years financial analyst experience
• Strong track record of adapting to and driving improvements in processes, communication, and reporting.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivots, V Lookup, etc. required)
• PowerBI a plus
