- Gain hands-on experience in data analytics and sales reporting while learning how a fast-paced sports eyewear company operates day-to-day
- Assist the marketing and sales teams with routine and ad-hoc analysis of D2C and B2B sales performance, as well as historical sales and retailer reporting
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support forecasts, pipeline reporting, and KPI tracking across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual timeframes
- Help create and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance across channels
- Manipulate and visualize data in Tableau
- Create new dashboards to address specific business needs and share with key role holders
- Participate in data collection and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential impacts to business results
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in data analytics, reporting processes, and business intelligence tools
- Practice "telling a story" with data by highlighting key takeaways and actionable insights for the audience
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support their data needs
- Practice SQL and learn how to apply it to a live data warehouse
- This role is in the Business Intelligence team and will report directly to the Director of Business Intelligence
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Available to work full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- Committed to the full 10-week internship: June 15, 2026 - August 21, 2026
- Able to work onsite at our Inglewood, CA office
- Must reside in Los Angeles or the surrounding area for the duration of the internship
- Fully onsite for the first 30 days to help us get to know you in person
- After the first 30 days, onsite every Tuesday and Thursday
- No college degree or prior experience needed-just a passion for learning and jumping into the flamingo-filled chaos of goodr
- Has a growth mindset
- Is a strong communicator who asks a lot of questions and is a fast learner
- Interested in sales analytics
- Eager to organize and clean data sets, draw actionable insights, and translate them into meaningful strategies
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau / PowerBI) is a HUGE plus
- Willingness to learn SQL
- Ability to think strategically and analytically
- Curious about both B2B and D2C sales channels
- Maintains confidentiality and data integrity
- Must thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic company environment
- Loves getting and giving feedback
- Is detail oriented, organized, and accurate
- Ability to work autonomously and/or in teams
