Job Summary
Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Finance Manager to support a large regional portfolio within a dynamic and growing organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, this role plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strong business controls across the region.
Compensation Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 / year Bonus: additional performance bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee monthly financial close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
Prepare variance analyses, forecasts, and operational performance reports.
Partner with operations leadership to interpret results and implement corrective actions as needed.
Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes for assigned business units.
Coordinate data collection and ensure consistency and accuracy in assumptions and submissions.
Partner with regional and account leaders to optimize financial performance, develop month‑end flash projections, monitor key metrics, and identify opportunities for cost control and margin improvement.
Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, contract compliance, and Compass Group policies.
Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Support working capital initiatives, including cash collections and billing accuracy.
Provide training and support to field operators on financial tools and processes.
Serve as a key liaison between finance and operations, translating financial data into actionable business insights.
Support the Senior Director of Finance in implementing strategic initiatives and regional projects.
Qualifications
4+ years of progressive financial experience, preferably in a multi‑site or contract foodservice/hospitality environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or Master’s in Accounting preferred.
Proven experience managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner cross‑functionally.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
