Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial & Product (m/f/d)
We’re working with a leading high-growth SaaS business operating at the forefront of applied AI, building products used by teams across multiple markets globally.
This is a senior, broad-scope in‑house role. You’ll play a key part in shaping how legal supports commercial growth, international expansion and day‑to‑day decision‑making across the business.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted legal partner to commercial and leadership teams across the region.
Advise on a wide range of commercial matters, from customer and partner agreements to strategic initiatives.
Draft, review and negotiate complex SaaS, licensing and enterprise contracts.
Support go‑to‑market activity by enabling deals to move quickly while managing legal and regulatory risk.
Build and refine scalable legal frameworks, templates and playbooks that support a growing organisation.
Qualifications
German‑qualified lawyer with 5+ years experience at a top‑tier law firm, combined with in‑house experience within a technology or SaaS environment.
Experience negotiating commercial SaaS contracts in the DACH region.
Experience advising on privacy and data protection matters (including GDPR) and an understanding of legal issues arising from the use and deployment of AI technologies.
Comfortable switching between high‑level strategic advice and detailed, hands‑on execution.
Experience working across jurisdictions and with international teams.
A collaborative team player with a positive outlook, good judgment.
Pragmatic, commercially minded and confident operating in environments where pace and change are constants.
