Prime Healthcare is actively recruiting a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Cardiac
Electrophysiologist
to join our dynamic cardiology team. This is a full-time, employed opportunity offering a highly competitive salary, excellent benefits, and the chance to practice advanced electrophysiology in a well-respected, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
100% Electrophysiology practice in a tertiary care setting
Full support from a comprehensive Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery team
Collaborative hospital environment with advanced EP lab and cardiac imaging capabilities
Modern equipment for complex ablations, device implants (ICD, CRT), lead extraction, and more
Opportunity for teaching, research, and program development
Generous salary of $600,000 – $650,000
Comprehensive benefits package including health, malpractice with tail, CME
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Fellowship-trained in Cardiac Electrophysiology
Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiology and Electrophysiology
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Illinois
Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and procedural skills
Commitment to patient care, safety, and team collaboration
Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $600,000.00 to $650,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
