Job Summary & Responsibilities: Dignity Health Medical Group - Ventura County is seeking a Primary Care Physician (IM or FM) dedicated to delivering high quality, compassionate care to our community of Ventura County.

What We Offer
Competitive salary, sign on and relocation assistance
Salary Range: $250,000 - $300,000 annually + productivity incentives
Sign on Bonus up to $125k
Relocation Assistance up to $20k
Student loan repayment up to $100k
Resident Stipend up to $24k

Job Requirements
MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA certification
Passion for primary care with experience in preventive medicine and chronic disease management and minor office procedures
Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Where You'll Work Dignity Health Medical Group – Ventura County, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, physician led and patient centered group providing high quality medical services to patients throughout Ventura County, including Camarillo, Oxnard, and Thousand Oaks.
