East Florida (Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, DeLand, Orange City, and Waterman) Schedule:

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Annual Shifts:

Position Overview AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking dedicated and team-oriented
Hospitalists
to join our growing inpatient teams in the
East Florida Division . This is a full-time employed position with a
7 on / 7 off schedule , working
12-hour shifts
totaling
182 shifts annually .
Our hospitalist teams are well-supported, highly collegial, and committed to delivering whole-person care that reflects AdventHealth's mission of
Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ.
Practice Highlights
Block schedule:
7 days on / 7 days off
12-hour shifts:
7 AM - 7 PM (day)
or
7 PM - 7 AM (night)
Epic EMR across all campuses
Opportunities to work at multiple locations in Volusia and Lake counties
Strong specialist support and collaborative team environment
No procedures required; optional if desired
Night positions include support from APPs (site dependent)
Requirements
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Current Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
Active DEA license
Team-first mindset and strong communication skills
Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
Compensation & Benefits
