Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive inpatient care to hospitalized patients
Collaborating with specialists and healthcare team members to develop treatment plans
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments as needed
Ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with primary care providers
Participating in quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees
