Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care to hospitalized patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Ensure timely documentation and communication with outpatient providers
Respond to emergencies and coordinate patient discharges efficiently
Skills Needed
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of hospital protocols and patient safety standards
