Job Description The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Liquidity Specialist team is responsible for driving awareness and adoption of short‑term investment solutions including Money Market Funds, Brokered CDs, Ultrashort Bond Funds, Mutual Funds, Treasuries, Managed Bond Ladders as well as Banking products to support clients’ long‑term goal. A successful candidate will support senior Liquidity Specialists with advisors and leadership as they work to support their clients. As the Vice President, Liquidity & Banking Specialist within the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Liquidity Specialist team, you will partner with Financial Advisors to provide sales and product support for Liquidity and Banking solutions. The successful candidate will have expert fixed‑income knowledge and serve as a SME for advisors and clients. You will be responsible for driving the growth of the short‑term investment product platform by building strong, trusted relationships with Advisors, delivering product and platform education, and demonstrating deep expertise in liquidity management. You will act as a valued extension of the Advisor team, identifying new client opportunities, proposing solutions for existing client needs, and providing cash management recommendations.

Job Responsibilities

Serve as a highly visible and active member of the wealth management ecosystem, establishing and fostering critical business relationships with field leadership and Advisors

Maintain expert knowledge of short‑term investment solutions, including but not limited to Money Market Funds, Brokered CDs, Short duration Bond Funds, Mutual Funds, Treasuries, Bond Ladders, Checking, Savings and CDs

Act as a Subject Matter Expert, presenting on the firm’s investment themes, platforms, products, and strategies

Lead the strategy and execution of business development activities, including one‑on‑one and group product education sessions, awareness campaigns, and market updates

Create and coordinate workshops for advisor development, supporting ongoing education and skill‑building

Attend client meetings as the subject matter expert on investment solutions and positioning

Demonstrate strong presentation skills, effectively communicating in group settings and partnering on presentations

Partner with Financial Advisors to source new opportunities and respond to investment needs for existing clients, with the goal of attracting and retaining client assets

Apply the liquidity management framework and cash bucketing concepts, engaging in thoughtful, goals‑based discussions to understand clients’ near‑ and long‑term liquidity needs, with a focus on excess cash

Collaborate with key subject matter experts across the Solutions and Practice Management organization to foster cross‑functional idea sharing and client deepening opportunities

Present on capital markets and investment solutions, working collaboratively with field leadership to implement the U.S. Wealth Management strategy

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Series 7 and 66 licenses required

Bachelor’s degree required

7+ years of investment and sales experience

Strong knowledge of the macro interest rate environment and wealth management

Proven track record of sales and relationship management success

Superior communication skills; ability to speak comfortably and effectively with Advisors and clients

Skilled at presenting, with the ability to communicate effectively in both group and individual settings

Diversified wealth management and investment skills, including banking, lending, investment solutions, and wealth advisory

Ability to work actively within a team environment while maintaining accountability for personal goals

Team‑oriented, with the ability to interact effectively across various functions

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate and synthesize data
