Ahospital in Decatur, TX is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYNPhysician to provide locum tenens coverage. This role is ideal for a physicianwho enjoys a lower-volume, focused practice and is comfortable providingcomprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care while on call.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Provide obstetric and gynecologic care for inpatients and deliveries.
- Participate in 24-hour on-call coverage with call-back responsibilities.
- Manage an average of 1.7 deliveries per day and weekend discharges.
- Utilize ECW EMR for patient documentation and care coordination.
- Collaborate with hospital staff and nursing teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Active medical license in Texas (or eligible for expedited licensure)
