• Types of Surgery: Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic
• Specialty Skills: General Anesthesia, Adult, Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues

Requirements

• Board Certification Required
• License: Must be licensed in WI
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges Required
• Temporary Privileges Available
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 14 days
