KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, ECP SAP SuccessFactors to join our Advisory Services practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Transformation projects involving strategy, implementation, and optimization of the payroll function, including partnering with other technical solutions (such as HR, Workforce Management, Benefits, Finance).
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, and project and financial management.
- Identify opportunities to improve Payroll processes, enhance the Payroll operating model, and implement SAP Payroll best practices, as well as help clients identify Payroll risks and optimization opportunities.
- Assist in practice development and execute process and strategy improvements within our SAP HCM/SuccessFactors US practice with a focus on Payroll and Workforce Management; drive thought leadership, internal and external tools/resources, and training for Payroll transformation efforts.
- Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach.
- Global Payroll expertise with a focus on SAP ECP, and other Payroll vendors and solutions.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of recent experience implementing SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) with Payroll operational expertise and SuccessFactors ECP functional usage.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; Advanced degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information technology or related field preferred.
- Proficient in configuring SAP ECP for US payroll, garnishments, and US tax processing; experience with integration of Payroll with other SAP modules and business functions, as well as other Payroll vendors and solutions (Payroll Interface).
- American Payroll Association Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and/or SAP SuccessFactors ECP certification(s) highly desirable.
- Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in Payroll, HR and Workforce Management; experience in building business cases to guide clients in operating model and Payroll vendor/operations solutions.
- Ability to travel as needed.

California Salary Range: $135,000 - $218,000 (for applicable locations). KPMG is an equal opportunity employer.
