Schedule:
Expected to see 15‑20 patients per day; Call 10 days per month
Job Setting:
Outpatient Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine; High Volume Office Practice; 186‑bed acute care community hospital (Ashtabula Regional Medical Center, affiliate of Cleveland Clinic)
Types of Cases:
Outpatient Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine; Blocked Time in OR; Well Defined Referral Source from Employed and Affiliated Primary Care Physicians
Credentialing:
Minimum Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
Certifications:
BLS, ACLS (by time of start); DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
Licensure:
Ohio license (or in the process of obtaining)
Additional Details
Part of growing employed multi‑specialty group practice with 60+ employed Providers, 21 of which are Primary Care
Group of 2 physicians
Work with an Experienced Urologist
Fully Trained Staff with an Advanced Practice Provider
Fully Integrated EMR with the Cleveland Clinic Health System (EPIC)
Onsite lab and X‑Ray
Approx. 98,000 Regional Population; 35,000 Emergency Room Visits; 4,500 Admissions; 5 Community‑Based Family Health Centers
Must live within a 40‑mile radius or be willing to relocate
Open to H‑1B and J‑1 visa candidates
Market‑competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines
Sign on bonus ‑ negotiable
Relocation allowance (with purchase of real estate in Ashtabula Regional)
3‑year contract structure: Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
$5000 CME credit
