rTMS and dTMS
One of the largest Esketamine programs in the U.S.
Ketamine Infusion Therapy (at select locations)

Trial innovative treatment protocols (e.g., accelerated TMS, OCD, neuropathic pain)
Collaborate on psychedelic medicine development
Receive immersive internal training (no prior experience neededwell train you to be an expert!)

We offer flexible compensation options tailored to your preferences:
Choose from two models : Productivity‑based or base salary + incentive
Earning potential : $350,000-$400,000+
Signing bonus : Up to $100,000
Work structure : In‑person, with potential for a hybrid schedule
Time off:
4 weeks of PTO
24 paid CME hours

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health disorders
Create and implement personalized treatment plans that may include:
Psychotherapy
Medication management
Interventional therapies (TMS, Esketamine, Ketamine)
Supervise and monitor patient response to interventional treatments and adjust as needed
Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment options
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, NPs, psychologists, and therapists
Handle mental health crises and provide appropriate interventionMaintain accurate EMRs and clinical documentation
Contribute to ongoing research and clinical data analysis to improve patient outcomes
Participate in continuing education and stay current with evolving psychiatric treatment protocols
Qualifications:
A strong communicator with an interest in evidence‑based, interventional treatments
Collaborative, adaptable, and solution‑focused
Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic clinical environment
Experienced working within multidisciplinary teams
Proficient with EMRs, Microsoft Suite, and video conferencing tools
Committed to growth through 10+ hours of continuing education annually
