Join 7 Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiologists and 4 experienced Cardiac Surgeons Outreach clinic approximately one day per week Proficiency in Cath lab procedures, including invasive hemodynamic assessments, myocardial biopsies, diagnostic coronary angiograms (optional), urgent temporary MCS devices (optional) and PA pressure sensor implants (optional) On-call for AHFT team only Encourage participation in medical education of general cardiology & AHFT fellows and internal medicine residents and medical students, and regional CV conferences hosted by Advocate Health Participation in ongoing advanced HF, transplant, MCS & PAH research EPIC EMR Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician‑led medical group and embedded service line Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI‑powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients Salary: $559,301 plus annual incentive bonus up to $50K Sign-on bonus Requirements
