Mercy Medical Center in Aurora, Illinois , in partnership with Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group , is currently seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Cardiologists to join our expanding cardiovascular team. This is a full‑time opportunity to work within a leading, innovative cardiovascular program committed to delivering exceptional care in a state‑of‑the‑art facility.
Position Details
Full‑time positions available in Interventional and General Cardiology
Employed by Prime Illinois Medical Group
Inpatient only
Day Shift Schedule:
Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm
2 STEMI calls/month — required to be onsite
Procedures: Cath Lab, Stents, Balloon pumps
1/2 NP support
EMR: Epic
Collaborative, multidisciplinary team with strong physician support
Access to cutting‑edge cardiovascular technology and advanced treatment options

Focus on providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
State‑of‑the‑art cardiac facilities with full imaging, catheterization, and surgical support
Qualifications
Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Illinois
Commitment to clinical excellence and evidence‑based cardiovascular care
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a team‑oriented, mission‑driven environment
