We are seeking a dedicated Physician (MD/DO) - Hospitalist to provide high-quality inpatient care in Hartford, Connecticut.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and discharge planning.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as necessary, and communicate effectively with families.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with all hospital policies and regulations.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education activities.
Qualifications Skills required include strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
