ENT Centers of Excellence , in partnership with
Baldwin Health , is seeking a
Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist
to join an expanding practice located in Foley, Alabama—just minutes from the Gulf Coast. This is a
full-time, hospital-employed opportunity
offering a competitive
salary subsidy , strong referral base, and excellent growth potential in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Position Overview
Clinical Scope : General ENT, Audiology, Allergy, Traditional Sleep Analysis, and Inspire Implant Therapy (alternative sleep aid).
Join an experienced team : 1 Otolaryngologist, 1 Audiologist, and 2 Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners (CRNPs).
Office Hours : Monday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday (half day)
Call Coverage : 10 days/month.
Practice Growth : Sufficient patient demand with current ENTCOE providers booking 3–4 weeks out for all appointment types.
Volume Potential : High opportunity for incremental volume and organic growth across Baldwin County.
