Who You Are
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- IV sedation certified (or willing to obtain)
- Driven, coachable, and eager to lead with integrity and purpose
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Prior pediatric experience is a plus, but not required the right attitude matters most
