Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide immediate and effective medical care to orthopedic trauma patients in the emergency department
- Perform surgical procedures for trauma cases as required
- Be on-call for emergencies during nights and weekends
- Ensure all patient care provided is compliant with current medical protocols and regulations
Additional Information
- Must be Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery with a subspecialty in Orthopedic Trauma
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, BTLS, PALS
- Valid New Jersey medical license required
- Proficiency in using Cerner EMR system
