My name is Jason Long with ProTouch Staffing. We have a Client in North Central Minnesota in need of an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for ED coverage. The Provider can be IM/FM Boarded w/ EM experience or General Surgery Boarded w/ EM experience.
The facility needs 4-6 shifts / month covered. Can you help?

This client offers competitive compensation for the right Provider. Malpractice with tail & all travel expenses included.

Dates of coverage needed :
  • Start: As soon as credentialed.
  • End: 01/06/2025
Details :
  • 4-6 shifts per month
  • Both days and nights: (12-hours shifts)
  • Average number of admissions per day: 1-2
  • Required Certifications -ACLS, PALS & ATLS or CALS with Trauma component certification.
  • ER Volume? 10,000 Annually
  • Any call? No
  • EMR? Meditech
  • Support Staff: 2 RNs and a CNA
  • Reason for coverage: PT ER physician retiring at end of December and another FT ER physician leaving for private practice beginning of December.
Requirements :
  • Site will review General Surgery with EM Experience or IM/FM with ED experience.
  • Active MN license or IMLC license accepted. (LOQ in-hand)
  • ACLS, PALS & ATLS or CALS with Trauma component certification.
  • Need either ATLS or CALS w/ Trauma. (Site does not require both-just one or the other.)
  • Availability for Dec - ongoing (how many shifts per month) at time of name clear.
  • Clean Background/malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • WIll accept a provider who requires a flight.
