Family Nurse Practitioner (New Grads are welcome)
Location : Citrus Heights, California
Employment Type : Full-Time, On-Site
Schedule: Monday to Friday, (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Job Summary: A well-established outpatient medical practice in Citrus Heights, CA, is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a compassionate, patient-focused provider who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and collect detailed patient histories
  
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  
• Manage acute and chronic health conditions
  
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  
• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation
  
• Deliver care with a patient-centered and culturally sensitive approach
  

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted California license as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or DNP
  
• Board Certification in Family Practice is required
  
• New Grads are also welcome
  
• Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  
• Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently and professionally
  
• Bilingual in Russian, Ukrainian, or Spanish is a plus
