Client seeking Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts in Louisville, KY on October 16, November 27. Hours are October 16, 12:00pm - 5:00pm; November 27, 8:00am - 5:00pm with a 60-minute break. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care and acute care. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
