Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver employee health and occupational health services at a corporate office near Chicago, Illinois.

Details:

• Setting: Provide employee health and occupational health services to patients at a corporate office.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday; 6 AM - 6 PM (Flexible on days)
• Contract Duration: 11-week contract. Initial contract.
• Start: ASAP

Requirements:

• Active IL state license
• Certifications: BLS, BC, and DEA
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
• Occupational Health experience required

Compensation:

• Weekly paycheck
• Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision) if eligible.
