Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeking NP/PA for contract assignment in Richmond, VA from August 22 - December 15. Hours are Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 5:00pm, with a 30-minute break; Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm. Provider will see employees for preventive care (annual physicals, well-women exams), acute/sick care, chronic disease management, immunizations and allergy injections, lab draws and phlebotomy, biometrics screenings and CLIA POC testing with some administrative responsibilities related to maintaining QI such as logs, etc. Clinic staffed by provider/manager, MA, RD, and behavioral health (LCSW). Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered with this assignment. Experience with EPIC highly preferred.
