We re seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners to help make a meaningful impact in the lives of our Veterans in Lufkin, TX .
Position Details:
- Hourly Rate: $62.50
- Location: Lufkin, TX
- Credentialing: Approx. 4 weeks
- Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 7:00 AM 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM 5:00 PM
- Thursdays: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
- No weekends, no call, no holidays
Position Overview:
In this non-treatment, in-person role, you ll serve as a General Medical Examiner , performing Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams for Veterans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing medical histories
- Conducting one-time disability assessments
- Submitting evaluations via a secure, web-based system to the Department of Veterans Affairs
- No prescribing or ongoing care involved
