Join a dedicated team in a state-of-the-art acute care facility located in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, Nevada. This facility specializes in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, offering comprehensive care across preoperative, perioperative, and postoperative stages. You will have the opportunity to provide crucial support to patients while working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Assist in the inpatient management of cardiovascular and thoracic surgery patients.
- Participate in rotating 24-hour First Call for the CVT service.
- Act as first assist in CVT surgeries.
- Round on inpatients and coordinate interdisciplinary care with medical teams.
- Consult on ER patients, offering diagnosis and appropriate plan of care.
- Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications as necessary.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- NV state license or APRN compact license - REQUIRED
- Residency/Fellowship - REQUIRED
- BLS, ACLS, DEA certifications - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice history - REQUIRED
- Nevada state license or APRN compact license
