Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct monthly patient evaluations across two facilities

- Provide initial evaluations for new arrivals when the primary physician is unavailable
- Ensure accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatments at day's end
Additional Information
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts required
- Experience with Office Ally EMR system preferable
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
