Candidate Requirements

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in Michigan
  • Wound care certification preferred (WOCN, WCC, etc.); will consider experienced clinicians
  • Background in wound, ostomy, foot care, and/or continence care
  • DEA preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated annual compensation: $115,000 $150,000 (productivity-based model with uncapped earning potential)
