Location: Dothan, AlabamaLicense: Active AL License or IMLC - AcceptedSetting: Inpatient - Hospital Only (Call-Only Assignment)

Assignment Details

  • Coverage Dates: November 26 - December 1 (7a-7a)

  • Additional future dates likely

  • Shift Type: 24-hour call only

  • Support Onsite:

  • Hospitalists

  • Intensivists

  • Rounding:

  • No clinic or elective procedures

  • May round on ?5 post-op inpatients and discharge as needed

  • Patients may be transferred to other services when appropriate

    Call Details

    • Phone Consults: 3-5 per day

    • Patient Census: 3-5 seen during call shift

    • Call Response Time: 30 minutes

    • Facility Bed Count: 12

    • Patient Type: Assigned & unassigned

    • Admissions Required: Yes

    • Facility Status: Stroke Certified

    EMR & Credentials

    • EMR: Cerner

    • Certifications Required:

    • ACLS

    • BLS

  • License:

  • Active Alabama license or IMLC eligible
