Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Emergency Medicine Physicians to provide locum tenens coverage in a rural, high-need setting serving the Native American population. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in one of the most scenic regions of the United States.
Position DetailsContract Dates: Estimated start date December 1, 2025 , through August 31, 2026
Shift Options: 12-hour shifts with multiple overlapping options (e.g., 6:00 AM 6:00 PM, 2:00 PM 2:00 AM)
Scheduling Flexibility: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off scheduling available
Patient Volume: Up to patients per day; approximately 22,000 annually
Trauma Level: Non-trauma facility patients are stabilized and transferred as needed
Active and unrestricted medical license
Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM) or relevant specialty
Competitive hourly rate
Daily stipend to assist with travel and lodging
