Opportunity: ACLS,BLS,Board Certified - Otolaryngology (ENT)
This is a temporary coverage opportunity for an experienced Otolaryngology specialist with multiple available dates from September through January. This position requires board certification and active Virginia licensure.
Job Details:
- Hospital-based practice setting with approximately 6 cases per day
- Diverse patient demographic across all age groups
- 10% of practice involves trauma care
- Surgical procedures include thyroidectomy, extended parotidectomy, tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, and PE tube insertion
- Non-surgical requirements include hearing evaluation and management of disorders involving ears, nose, throat, and skeletal facial structures
- Endoscopic procedures include septal, sinus, flexible and rigid bronchoscopy, and laryngoscopy
- Facial surgery procedures include rhinoplasty, facial fractures, and skin grafts/flaps
- Fellowship training highly preferred
- Must hold active Virginia license and DEA
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 120 days
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. The facility reimburses for flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage at the IRS standard rate.
