Facility in Pueblo, CO seeking Nocturnist locums coverage Rates: $220/hr Dates of Coverage:
  • Beginning in June 2025
Shift Schedule:
  • In-hospital 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Off the clock 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
  • 6+ shifts in a row (opportunity for additional shifts if desired)
  • No call, onsite shift work only
Ideal Candidate:
  • Local candidates preferred, but not required
  • Must be willing to work stretches of 6+ days
Practice Details:
  • Practice Type: Adult Medicine
  • Practice Description: Inpatient
  • Areas of Rounding: Med/Surg floors only
  • Specialty Back-up Available: Yes, with fellows from Pulm/Crit, GI, and Cardiology performing most procedures
  • Support Staff: NP (1)
  • Other Physicians Present: Yes
  • Locum Tenens Supervision: Not required for healthcare providers
  • Admissions: 7-11 per shift
  • Discharges: Rare
  • Charting Requirements: Dictated, EMR (EPIC)
Required Procedures:
  • Inpatient
  • Non-invasive ventilation management (BiPAP/CPAP)
  • EKG interpretation
Certification and Licensing Requirements:
  • Board Certified - REQUIRED
  • Active CO License or Active IMLC - STRONGLY PREFERRED (will consider candidates needing to obtain CO license)
  • BLS and ACLS Certification - REQUIRED
