PHY NP - Per Diem Family Practice Opportunity in Eugene, OR - August 7-19

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for August 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, & 19 at their Corporate Health clinic in Eugene, OR. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care and acute episodic care. Hours are Monday & Tuesday 7:00am-4:00pm and Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break.
