Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care

Location: Dover-Foxcroft, ME
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (negotiable)

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Primary Care team in Dover-Foxcroft, ME . This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with negotiable hours . You will provide primary care services to a diverse patient population and be part of a supportive healthcare team.

• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages.

• Perform assessments, diagnostic tests, and prescribe treatments.

• Manage chronic conditions and offer preventative care.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers.

• Educate patients on health management and wellness.

• Licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Maine

• Strong clinical skills in primary care settings

• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
