Oncology Quality Coordinator RN Incredible Opportunity Atlanta, GA
Are you a passionate and experienced RN with a strong background in Oncology, Cellular Therapy, and Quality Management? We re looking for a dedicated Oncology Quality Coordinator RN to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA !
In this pivotal role, you ll take the lead in maintaining our quality systems and ensuring regulatory excellence within our Cellular Therapy Program. You ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support compliance with FDA, FACT, TJC, and more helping improve patient outcomes every step of the way.

Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
What You ll Do:
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Management
- Maintain and manage all documentation and systems for FDA, FACT, TJC, CAP, CMS, and OSHA compliance
- Lead internal audits and host inspections from accrediting agencies
- Ensure all establishment licenses and accreditations are up to date
Data Integrity & Process Improvement
- Support departments with quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and data oversight
- Audit and analyze data (CIBMTR, EBMT) and oversee immune effector cell therapy safety monitoring
- Partner with third-party service providers for accurate outcomes reporting
Continuous Quality Improvement
- Design and implement performance metrics and quality indicators
- Analyze data trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Drive process enhancements to improve clinical and operational efficiency
Accreditation & Reporting
- Oversee surveys and accreditation documentation
- Manage variance reporting and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Present meaningful quality data reports both internally and externally
SOP Development & Staff Training
- Create, update, and train staff on Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure ongoing staff competency and regulatory readiness
Leadership & Collaboration
- Advise leadership on regulatory updates and quality system performance
- Play a key role in policy and protocol development
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Georgia (in good standing)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Master s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation & Cellular Therapy (HSCT-CT)
- Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory guidelines
Preferred Certifications:
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN)
- Blood and Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse (BMTCN)
- Experience with statistical analysis is a big plus!
