Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of diagnostic tests in Microbiology , Immunology , Serology , Chemistry , and Hematology

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex lab instrumentation

Review, verify, and report accurate test results

Ensure compliance with lab protocols, safety procedures, and regulatory standards

Collaborate with pathologists, physicians, and other healthcare staff to support patient care
Qualifications:

Florida State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License required

Must be licensed in Microbiology, Immunology, Serology, Chemistry, and Hematology

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field

ASCP certification preferred
