Position Details- W2 Employed Position
- Full-Time Schedule :
- Monday Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Solo General Dentist role
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Goal: 15 patients per day
- Hygienist onsite for clinical support
This is a full-spectrum general dentistry role that includes:
Fillings
Crowns
Partials & Complete Dentures
Anterior Endo (optional but preferred)
Specialized cases are referred out
Compensation & Benefits- Starting Daily Guarantee : $900/day
- Tiered Production Bonus : 25% 28%
- You earn the greater of the daily guarantee or production
- Must meet the daily guarantee threshold to activate percentage
