Salary and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $170,000 - $185,000

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (8:00am 5:00pm)
- Bread & Butter Dentistry
- Up to 17 patients per day
- Deliver high-quality, timely dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, crowns, bridges, prosthetics, endodontics, oral surgery, and emergency care.
- Lead and supervise dental hygienists and support staff; foster teamwork and a positive clinic environment.
- Ensure compliance with clinical, quality, productivity, and regulatory standards, including accurate charting and confidentiality.
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, vendors, and the dental team; ensure compassionate, professional care.
- Refer patients for specialty care as needed and ensure follow-up for continuity of care.
Requirements
- Clear and active Dentist license in the state of Virginia
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven expertise in modern dental practices, protocols, and clinical best practices.
- Proficient in office management, computer systems, software applications, and office equipment.
- Knowledge of JCAHO accreditation processes and compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
