Number of Patients per provider/ shift: 12-16 plus some hygiene checks

Dates/Times of Coverage: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm

EMR Used: EPIC

Support Staff: 2-3 Dental Asst per provider (EFDA and EFDA II), 3 Hygienists

What Procedures are required for this position: Extractions, Restorative, Removable

Medicaid/Medicare require? Yes

Any CPR/ additional certifications required? YES- CPR
