Facility: The 32nd Avenue Building is part of a robust healthcare network that includes 25 clinics and 7 hospitals serving a regional area. The facility features a Level III NICU with 14 private rooms and an in-house transport team. Family-centered care is emphasized with accommodations for parents/guardians and an in-house Ronald McDonald respite area.

Job Details:
- Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills to provide care for newborns at the Fargo campus
- Work independently and collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals
- Full-time status (1.0 FTE equals minimum 160 hours/month or approximately thirteen 12-hour shifts)
- 12-hour shifts (7-7); rotating between day and night shifts as team grows
- Care for babies transitionally or acutely ill at 23-week gestation
- Preferred skills include intubation, chest tube placement, umbilical line placement, PICC placement, peripheral arterial line placement, and LPs
- Responsibilities include Vermont Oxford Data input and interpretation
- New graduates considered with background in Neonatology and/or NICU clinical rotation
- Team orientation approach with existing Advanced Practice Clinicians and Physicians
- Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention
- Master's or Doctorate degree required for NPs; Bachelor's/Master's degree required for PAs
- Current licensure and national certification required
- Require high level of customer service skills
Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses and quality incentives.
